Finished results and thoughts
Our market was pretty fun, we had a concept of 'the more interesting the pose in the photo, the cooler the result.' Overall we got around 15-20 imaged each to edit, they took longer than expected due to complexity and the lighting issues we had. Here are some of the best received.
.Mini review: Sadly someone stole a very important cable which disabled editing on the fly. The market was very fast paced but had weird spots of downtime and congestion. It ran smooth most of the time but got pretty busy in between groups coming and leaving. There was no proper flow around the market due to the shape and size of the pit. The currency was not always enforced due to the fast paced nature of the market.

If I were to change anything about our booth - I would completely get rid of the actual setup. Instead I believe it would be better to take photos of people from all different angles doing a bunch of different things around the market. This would generate more natural and varied photos which could be used in a wider variety of backgrounds and locations. It would take much longer to edit but would definitely improve our market offering.
