Ended up going with a 80's retro theme because the name of the booth sounds like a bad 80's movie.
This is the overlay which we will put on each image.
Organization models
Our organization model plan was to elect members from each team to stay in contact with communications teams who would relay information to other booths, and supporting teams. I believe this system would work the best in organizing 40+ students.
