Sadly there is already a dedicated group doing documentation and promotion, the only other roles are to set up a booth.

Collaborative art project - booth ideas

Replace painting with a green screen and actively edit photos of people onto different backgrounds. - space travel. Would need people taking photos, uploading and editing at a rapid pace.

Clay modeling of people - place into a number of different backgrounds (miniature scale), backgrounds printed and glued inside box.

Constantly evolving structure - We put a box of building materials (lego for example) and get everyone to build on top of an initial structure.
